Hi Karen,

I have ordered from your lunch menu, and it is great for people with gluten issues.

I am celiac and I'm ADDICTED to your crispy rice squares. I know you probably will never give out your recipe (and I've tried a few times to replicate it). But, I was wondering if you ship to individuals in bulk, because $2.30 a day is killing my wallet! And if you do how long will the squares last?

Dear Sirs,

It is a pleasure to contact you in order to introduce our company; we are Greenexport, a well-known supplier of high quality agricultural products from dry, fresh and organic products. .

Greenexport is a brand new company and our commitment is to be the most reliable exporter/broker from Peru.

We learnt through your web page that you deal with grains and other food products, and for this reason we would like to offer you 2 highly nutritive Andean grains, "Quinoa" and "Amaranth" that probably could be of your interest:

Please, let me give you a brief introduction of our products mentioned above.

Quinoa is a grain which is grown in the Andes and it is of great nutritional value because it provides all the essential amino acids for the human being. As a result it is one of the few foods of vegetable origin nutritionally complete.

Amaranth, is a grain rich in proteins, gluten-free, with more biological value than casein and with high digestibility.

The characteristic features of amaranth are high protein content and an easy assimilation by the body; also lysine, which is an essential element for brain development, is found in the composition of the product in a bigger proportion than in other cereals.

Amaranth and Quinoa contain a unique composition of valuable substances, important for human nutrition.
Amaranth and Quinoa are essentially gluten-free and make a good substitution for those with intolerance to the gluten found in wheat, rye, barley, triticale and spelt.

If you would like to receive information about our products listed above or any other you think we might look for on your behalf, please do not hesitate to contact us that we will be glad to attend your requirements.

Looking forward to your kind reply.

Yours faithfully
