WHO AM I? Hope Diana PAterson
In a nutshell: I am an explorer, affiliator, dreamer, project junkie and love to adapt and learn in all environments.
I have spent the last 12 years acquiring my unique cooking skills from years of travel and food-related work in various countries around the world. I have owned a restaurant in Laos PDR, developed and taught a cooking program for children in Thailand, run a 'food experience' catering company and am currently living in Toronto working as the Education Director for Real Foods For Real Kids . My perspective on food as a culture has been formed by my distinct travel and taste experiences.
My dream is to help inspire children to become active participants in the whole life cycle of food.
